Q.

I 485 : What should I do?

My category is EB2-ROW. My labor and I140 is approved. I want to file I 485. I worked with Pizzahut for 2 years from 2005 to 2007 on F1 status before graduating. while filing I 485 it asks for last 5 year employment and last 5 year addresses. I will have to mention in the G32A form about my job at pizzhut. I have traveled for H1 stamping to canada and came back in 2009, also went to pakistan and came back again in Nov last year. From the 245k rule, I am safe as my record will not be checked before my last lawful admission (Nov 2009). By when I applied for H1 stamping in canada, in the DS156 form: 'Did you violate your status?' , I said no. Should I file I-485? or Can USCIS look at my DS156 forms, deny my I 485 and come back to deport me on this? What should I do now?
