My NIW got a RFE. I am going to do it by myself. My attorney returned all the materials to me. How will I inform USCIS that I don't want the attorney to represent me anymore. Is it enough that I write a statement, sent with RFE response, which indicates that the attorney will not represent my case in the future, and I would like to represent myself in all matters related to this I140 filing, and ask them to correspond with me directly. Do I also need to fill out the form G28? To my knowledge, it is about changing one attorney to another. Should it be used for my situation? If so, how to fill it out?
