Q.

PER Denied after audited

MY labor filed for EB2 Dec7 2007,Audited for under business necessity jan 2008 and replied feb 2008.Finally Denied in Dec 30 2009 for 2 reason.1- News paper Ad. does not show Job location and 2-News paper Ad not showing company name.News paper Ad. was given into local daily record copy -Morirs county Nj
-My edu. is Computer Sci. Eng. -4 Yrs - University -India + 16 yrs of work Exp. My H1B 6th year completes in Feb 18 ,2011.
I want to appeal my case. do i can file new PERM with diff. job title?
Any how I want to appeal this can be help me to get my 7th year extension.My daughter is in 10th Grade. I waited for 2 yrs.So I want to take a chance for appeal. 30 days limit upto 30 Jan 2010 .Would you please advise me + all other possibility.How much % of resolution for appeal solution. Thank
