Q.

Elligible to apply EB/EB2 for IGNOU MCA part time?

My Company is preparing to apply Labour, located in GA, Employer's attorney was preparing draft appln/adv based on EB2. I was raising question abt my part time education,
1.BSc Comp. Sci 1993-1996 fulltime from Madurai kamaraj Univ (3 yrs)
2.MCA 1999-2002 parttime/distance from IGNOU (3 yrs)
3.Work Expr 1997-2009 (11 yr) fulltime
4.WorldWide Education Evaluator Inc provided my Master is equalent to US Master of computer science.
Got general opinion from attorney abt Indian master with couple of years experience, shd be elligible to go EB2.

shall i proceed EB2 ? If so,what are the supporting document needed & How should my adv min. requirement?

Appreciated if you seen such cases/occured similar in your expr, pls help me to identify the right track to process LC on EB2 / EB3?
