I have a pending I485 and I want to go to my country for a week, I might need to travel with my advance parole, I was waiting for my green card more than 2 years by now since my I485 application and I changes my work my possition in the new company is actually higher than the original one on which I filled the application, I did not inform USCIC that I change my employer, could this issue affect me when I came back whit my advance parole?,
If they refuse my AP what happend I will be deported right away? I never been out of status.
