Q.

Employer not offerring proferred position

My I-140 was filed under a Manager and I am currently in a Senior Analyst (a role just below Manager). I got a RFE on my I-485 asking for the employer letter for which the employer responded by saying that currently she is in a Senior Analyst role and the proferred position is Manager and she's not yet a Manager.

My 485 was approved and Green card has been issued. Although they are offerring the wage that was listed in the I-140, they are not promoting me to a Manager. Will this jeopardize my Green card in any way?If my case gets audited in the future, what documents can I show to prove that I was not at fault in not getting promoted? Will my employer be affected in anyway?

Please let me know the impact of this on my citizenship application in the future and how I could protect mysel
