Q.

Baby born abroad while I485 pending

I have an EB2 GC application at I485 pending , in my 4th year of H1 (work on H1 now), I and wife both have EADs,AP,wife works on EAD.
we plan to give birth in India in May2010 ,how can i bring baby back in US with us ?
I do not want to bring her on H4 as she will go out of status if i take up a job on EAD which is a possibility.
3. If i get my GC approved , how can we retain Baby legally in the US and add her on GC application?
I read something on "follow to Join" available for spouce/child , can i take benefit of this ? If so what is a timeline required for getting such an immigrant visa for baby.
I read somewhere that i need to go for consular processing , what is timeline for getting immigrant visa for baby and how will it impact on my application ? shall i lose my AC21 privilege?
