2. My Advance Parole renewal filed on 08/16/09 and status showing pending. To whom I have to approach and where and when?
3. I485 filed by my wife's employer in 4th qtr of 2007 under EB3. My wife has EAD and if she would like to use it for other employer, does it affect our GC file processing / or I485 denial? In such case what will be visa status of my son and daughter (currently they have H4).
