I have my I 140 approved from my old employer (EB2-substituted labour). My new employer wants to file for new PERM, but now I have different job duties than the previous (old) I 140 requirement. In this situation would I be able to port my old priority date to the new I 140? Does both I 140 should have similar or same job duties in order to port PD? Also, my I 485 is pending with old employer (I do not want to file for AC21 since, both jobs are in different fields) then if I get new 140 approved, then 485 interfiling PD has to be current
