Changing Employer on EAD/H1 RFE

1. Company A Filed GC in 07 (Substitute labor and hence in EB3 with PD Nov-04)
2. 485 filed in Jul-07
3. I-140 approved in Jan-09
Now, I've offer from company B
1. Will renewal of EAD get into any trouble as I'm changing employer?
2. Since my labor is for analyst, but offer is for PM role, will that be a problem?
3. I entered US on AP without H1 stamped and started using EAD from Jan09. H1 extn was filed in Aug-09 based on approved 140 but there is an RFE. Company A is yet to receive RFE.
If I'm not on company A's roll, they will not respond to my RFE. What will happen to my H1B in that case? If H1 gets rejected, will that have any impact on EAD renewal and GC?
4. Since company A needs 8 wks notice to serve but if leave in 3 wks, can they cause any harm on my immigration status?
