07/17/09-Filed MTR for both of us proving our case
07/31/09-Filed H4 for my wife
09/23/09-MTR denied for both
Lawyer recommended to refile I485 as I travelled twice out of country after presumed out of status(nov06-jul07)
11/05/09-Filed I485/EAD/AP for both
12/08/09-Denial notice sent for both. Waiting for notice
*Is she OOS>180 days? H4 is STILL PENDING from 07/31/09.How many days she is OOS now?
*What abt I485 MTR filing for both?
