iam out of status for 2 years[H4] after that i got 2 approvels of company A and B.till 2010 sep.
we applied our I485 after getting H1 and H4 of company B they are doing our GC.recently we applied our EAD and AP renewals We got approvals for 2 years till 2011,we got RFE for our I485 in july,
and we answered to that RFE in july. There are two LUD's on our i485.This is my 7th year in USA i came in 2002 may till now i did not go to India.In nov we r planning to travell to India is it safe to travel on AP,pl let me know.
