Advance Parole Expired While in India

Im on EAD and my GC processing is done through my husband.I came to visit India on 11-07-09 and my existing Advance Parole expired on 11-10-09. My husband is in US and he had applied for renewal. Will I have any issue at immigration while coming back to US after I receive my AP.

My husband has completed his 6 year H1 B cap and is working using his EAD.
I had also used my H status (H4 and H1b) and I was working using my EAD from past 3 years.
The reason I had to visit India is on a family emergency and I'm pregnant with my second child. My GC processing is through my husband. Will I get my GC along with my husband once his I-485 is approved though I have to wait here in India.
What should I do to enter US in my present Situation. Please advice.
