Q.

Will I have problems with I-485? Did I have unlawful presence?

Pls review the following if I have ever overstayed?
-My F1 Visa Valid from 4/9/96 to 4/2/01
-I-94 Admitted until D/S Admitted Date: 8/30/99 (Last US Entry Before I apply for H1B)
-Practical Trading EAD Card (5/3/00 to 2/20/01)
-My attorney filed for H1 B during my EAD(1st sub), no receipt from INS, only received written signature confirmation for delivery)
-H1 B Change of Status Declined/Petition Approved (not sure the date) (2nd sub with premium processing post EAD period)
-H1 B Change of Status Approved/Petition Approved (11/26/01 to 10/16/04) (3rd sub with premium processing post EAD period, receipt date was 11/8/01)
-Went back to H.K. and came back to US with H1 B Visa Stamped on passport, Admitted 2/10/02.
-I have been on H1 B status ever since without leaving USA.
