Cancellation of Green Card
I came under H1b in 2007. I worked for a service IT consulting company. I had a base salary and a bonus based on my billable income.
In Sept. 2008, my company sponsored me for the G.C. In march 2009 my company didn't find a new contract,so they stopped paying me for march and April 2009. I had no choice to accept their condition as I was in GC process. August, they reduce my bonus, sept. and October they stopped paying me again.
I received the G.C at the end of October.
Now I would like leave this company
and Go the DOL to claim for the unpaid wages during my H1B
If my company send a letter to USCIS saying that I left the comp. just after getting my GC, is it possible that USCIS cancel my green card?
I knew that what they did was illegal but didn't do anything because of the G.C.
