Q.

H1-B renewal after 6 years

Hi, I will very much appreciate if you answer this question to me. I am on my H1-B. My current employer A could not sponsor for a Green Card because of the current economic situation. But, I found a sponsor employer B and B agreed to file my PERM labor. So, the question is, if B applies before 1 year of my H1-B expiration period and if the Labor is pending or luckily, if I 140 is approved, can A extend my H1-B? If so, can you explain how this is possible? Thanks, Kalyan.
