travel after I140 approved and before I485 submission
Hello,
My H1B visa is currently valid (until feb 2011)and I received the approval for the I140 end of august 09. I am in the process of doing the medical examination but some vaccines require more time and I had to post-pone the I485 submission.
I have to go back to France (home country) next month. What kind of documents do I have to have?
Also, is there any time limit between the I140 approval and the I485 submission? I heard that there was a delay of 6 months and past that delay, the I140 is canceled.
