Q.

Advance parole queries overstayed years later reentered 4 times

Through my spouse under EB3 we've got I140,EAD and AP for both is approved now we r travelling to home country on AP as I was working on A2(in Foriegn Embassy) and on A2 I reentered to US 4times in the past years,before I got the Embassy job I was overstayed for 3 years and got A2Visa in 96 I got married my spouse came as A2 dependant from my country. Now I am no longer working with Embassy although A2visa still valid till 2011.Question that since I overstayed 3 yeras now travelling on AP,is there will be an issue when I reenter although Idid 4 times on A2
2.I was told by OFMthat even Embassy notified my termination toDOS,travelling with A2 Visa CBP canot find through visa control number. Kindly correct me so we can travel peacefully
