Q.

I-140 RFE

My Lawyer made a mistake on 9089 & did not mention exp with ‘XY Inc’ (Parent Canada cmpny), this mistake was partly bcz of same name & he thought that it was same cmpny. I wrked on some s/w as a user while I was wrkng for ‘XY Inc”(Canada).

I recently rcvd RFE on I-140 that says “submit evidence that beneficiary has exp in three s/w you listed in 14 of Part H of LC. In response to question 21 in section J of LC you indicated that the beneficiary did not gain any of the qualifying exp with you”

Plz advise how we should address this RFE. I hope we do not have to file LC again
