I-140 Appeal Decision
1.Recent USCIS online update says I have a decision on my I-140 Appeal and How would I know if appeal was sustained or not without employer's intervention.
2.Also please advise if I can reopen the linked I-485's and apply for EAD and AP at this point? What happens if we apply for EAD based on I-290B as if we don't know any result yet on 290B and linked 140?
3.Completely different but just want to confirm if I can change status to EAD now and then later from EAD to H1 if required based on my 140 appeal situation?
