AC21 - I-485 Pending Job Title - Description of the job duties

I-485 pending PD:09/20/2005.H1B extended 3times and 4th extension is close.
Labor Cert shows that we use job description of
Network/System Administrator.ETA Case shows
title as "Network and Computer System Administrator"
Planning to change job, title will be "Technical Lead/Manager, Software Engineer".
It covers my title on ETA Application, but has many more. It involves software
engineering, project management, manage software engineers, etc"
Bottom line,I will be still in Information Technology.
Does this title difference create any questioning by USCIS in case if we send
AC21 (My Attorney wants to send AC21 right after changing job without waiting USCIS
send RFE on this) via new company, and does this title have any effect extending H1-B via new company?
