Q.

AOS Pending

I am working using my EAD. My I 485 is still pending since october'07. My wife is working under H1 now and she applied H4 for me for the past two years.

1. If I got divorce, can I still working in US with my EAD since my I485 is still pending ?

2. If my I 485 got denied, how many days do I have to leave US ?
