I-485 pending….Travel using H1B Revalidation rules
MY PD for EB3 ROW is APR 2007. I have I-140 and EAD approved. My AOS (I-485) approval is pending. I never applied for Advance parole. I also have a valid H1B Visa approval till October 2012 but my H1B stamp in passport has expired. I have been maintaining my H1B status since 2003.
I want to travel to Canada on official trip for 7 days
My Questions:
1. Do I need Advance Parole to travel CANADA?
2. Are 30 Days re-validation rules applicable for I-485 pending applicant?
