On H1. File GC per EB3 World August 2005. I140 approved. EAD and AP approved. while in college worked off campus for more the 180 days. After graduation, got H1 and then filed GC. Las entered on H1B visa in 2003. SInce then no unathorize employemnt. My college unauthorize emp, will that have any affect on my GC application. what about 245(K) where they only look at unathorize emp, after last entry.
Also my DWI in TEXas was in 2000. I got 18 months probation for that. i have completed all court required sentece. it was just a DWI.
I have been called for 485 interview Oct 28 in san antonio. some recommend I take an attorney with me. What should I be more concerned with. unathorize employment or DWI. Will 245(K) apply to me.will my DWI cause problems.
