Q.

cspa law

I am EB3 world, PD- 8/2006 my i140 approved on 8/2007 after 4 months .i filed i-485 on 7/2007
received date 8/8/2007.
we had our interviw on 9/2009-went well
my daughter will be 21 in 11/10
i am very concerned...
is she protected by the cspa law??
(if the PD will not be current till 11/10)
