Q.

Revoke of I140

I am working for company A through H1B, My I140 is approved, 485 is pending more than 6 months. I have got a offer from company B, they have already filed for my H1 transfer but Company A refuse to let me go claiming a invalid non-compete.
I may continue to work for company A until I arrive at a decision whether to join company B.
My questions are:
1. Can company A revoke my I140 while I am working for them? If the answer is yes then what is the repercussion?
2. Can company A revoke my I140 after I join Company B? f the answer is yes then what is the repercussion?
3. Can company A revoke my H1B while I am working for them? If yes, will I be out of status?
4. Can company A cause any harm to my status or Green card process in any other manner?
