I asked you questions a few days ago about I140 were denied, and I send MTR and both of them(i140 and MTR) approved on sep 9 2009.But I485 keep denying because I140 were denied.(my petition were denied on May 09)

My question is that I can send for I485 MTR now? My attorney said I have to wait my priority date will come(sep 23 2004). I have no idea what he is going to do. He never answer about that. Is that possible I apply MTR and new I485 at the same time if my priority date comes? Also I am supporting my wife as well from my petition. What should I do for that? What should I do from now?
