Q.

My Green Card approved while out of the country

I got my Green Card approved few hours before I left the country then I entered the country on H1B since I never applied for advance parolee. I returned USA after a week, and now I recieved my card in mail already.
Should I go out of the country and come back to be admitted as a permenent resident? Is it really important to make this trip!! Does it affect my status in general just to wait and travel in an organized way. Your advice is appreciated.
