Q.

i 485 pending and working on EAD ,Can my fiancee go for F1 stamp

1. Came to US on June 2000 on H1B
2. PD - July 28th , 2005 on EB3 , India
3. I-140 Approval - May 22, 2006
4. I-485 Notice Date – 10/12/2007
5. Expired H1B – 10 June 2009
6. Advance Parole – Validity July 18, 2010
7. EAD renewed on 03/23/2009 and valid till 03/22/2011
Can i get my fiancee on F1 Visa by sponsoring her Or is there any option to file new H1B and get her on H4 visa. Please advice
