Card ordered before biometrics appointment

My 1-140 was approved June 9, 2009. I was scheduled for a biometrics appointment on October 7th and today I received an email saying green card was ordered. The online status also says that the card was ordered. I never received a welcome email. Could this be a mistake? Do I have to go for the biometrics still?.

2. I may have to leave my current job in January to return to my country for a while cause my mother is sick. Does this put me at risk when I come up for naturalization. I have been on H-1B.

3. My company will start furloughs this week. we will not work one day every two weeks. Will this be considered a violation of my H-1B since I will be paid less. If the card ordered email is not an error, I am thinking this should not be a problem at naturalization, Is this right?
