My form I-140 was approved on august 2009 after request for evidence regarding my diploma (master degree).
I've received EAD card on 07/2009 and did the fingerprints on 09/19/2009.
1. Can I resign from my actual employer for the same qualification in another company?
2. If I do so, and based on the fact that I don't have the GC yet, can my actual employer revoke my sponsorship?
3. Actually, the status of the I-485 on the uscis website is 'Request for evidence'. Does it mean that they are waiting for the FBI investigation after the fingerprints?
