Q.

EB2 Wage Level

I am an Electrical Engineer, earned a MS in elect engineering from USA. I am working in St Louis MO , I am making a wage level 1 at this point. My employer is ready to apply for my GC but I want to apply under EB2, however my emplpyer doesnot want to pay me wage level 2,
I want to know If with MS+0 years or MS+1 year exp in Electrical engineering can come under wage level 1 or EB2 case is suposed to fall in wage level 2?
