Q.

H1B renewal

F1- 08-01-08/03 since grad on H1B. aug/03 to 05/04 - Comp A, 05/04 to 06/05 - CompB 06/05 to 12/05 - Comp C 12/05 to date - Comp D.
Comp B revkd my H1B in 09/05, and on 9/29/2006 records indicate VISA in my passport was revoked, found out through FOIA requests to ICE. On 01/07 ICE officer came to my house and established that I have always been in status based on my h1docs, and left content. Since then my comp D has applied for 485 in 10/07 which is still pending ,recently transferred to NBC.
On 08/08 comp D applied for my H1renewal, on 9/19/09 I received notice that my H1 has been approved but my extension can not be granted without inadmissibility, since I’d my visa revoked, never been out of status and all, what should be done, MTR? Take matter to a Immigration Judge?any advice?
