Hello,My 140 & 485(EB2) were denied on Aug 13-08(error).My PD was current at time of denial (PD Sep 14-05).Before a day of my denial I have sent my wifes 485 appln to USCIS to join me.My Wifes appln was returned(Reason is my 140 denied).I opened MTR for my appln & Tried to resubmit my wifes appln along with my MTR.It was sent back again(Reason PD NOT current).My Appln was re-opened & my 140 was approved on Jan 2-09,my 485 is now at Initial Interview at local office(Finger printing done,FBI name check is cleared as per interview officer).I tried to submit my wife's appln again for 3rd time with all proofs of prev submissions.It was sent back again(PD not current).My Qn is:IS THERE A WAY FOR ME TO GET THE USCIS TO ACCEPT MY WIFES 485 NOW,AS ALL THIS WAS A RESULT OF USCIS ERROR?.Thanks.
