Q.

AC 21 portability

Hi Attorney's
My case:
I-140 approved, I-485 pending for 2 years, working for GC Sponsoring Employer (Employer A) on EAD.

Employer A, is willing to still offer me future employment and willing to answer any RFE's. I am not making any changes to the G28 form.

Question;
1) Can I work for Employer B on EAD / W2 legally and not file AC21?
2) If there is a RFE, will it come to Employer A or Employer B
3) I have registered my application on the USCIS site, (case status online), if there is RFE/NOID, Will I be notified.
4) Will I need any employment letter or any thing from Employer B if there is RFE?
5) My client location and my addressee is changing do I need to file any paper work?

Thanks
Kumar
