Q.

AOS and H1B

I have approved I-140 from Employer-A. Using that I-140, I also took 3 year ext. of H1 expiring 2012 to be with Employer-B after 6 yrs of H1 with Employer A.

My wife is with Employer-X and we have pending AOS(485, EAD) through X - her being primary and me dependent.

I switched to EAD during 7th year of my H1B - which was a month back.

Can I get back to H1B for new or any of my former employers in anyway without quota limit based on my approved I-140 at A or in some other way? Can you advice how to do that?

Can I file another AOS(I-485) through Employer-A or port priority date of the approved I-140 with any other employer with me as primary while my another AOS is pending at X as dependent?
