Q.

On EAD, original H1-B company being investigated by DOL

Hello,

Could you please advice me :-

1) Applied EB3 GC through H1-B company of 8 yrs. (2002-2009)
2) 1 yr. extensions applied from 07/2006
3) AOS applied 07/2007, EAD recd. 09/2007 - used from 07/2008 (Invoked AC21 06/2009)
4) Used last H1-B from 04/2008 - 07/2008 (was inactive for 3 months before that)

Only 3 employees in company (including owner), that person complained to DOL, now they want to talk to me. They are asking me to submit a questionnaire about my wages on H1-B & if I was ever unpaid. It mentions that the investigation is limited to the last 2 years & while I am not required to respond, they ask that I assist them. I do not want to get involved with this. What are the risks & suggested course of action?

Thank you.
