H1b Transfer Vs use EAD for the new IT job

My H1Bissue date:23DEC2004 and Exp date: 30 SEP 2007 .Moved to company B on May17 2005 and company B transferred my H1b. Company B Applied GC and have received EAD now.I have H1B I-797A approved until 07/31/2010. I recently entered USA thru Advance parole and I have I-94 validity until Feb 22,2010 ( Not sure if I am working on H1b or USCIS will consider me as a Parole.)I am planning to move to a consulting company C and it is a contracting job.Is it safe to use H1b or EAD?If I use EAD should I file Ac21?My I-94 is being expired on FEB 22, 2010. Should I do anything before that?I entered USA on Feb 2005 so I am in 4th year of my H1B. If I use H1b transfer and my 6 years expire can I extend it for another 3 years or so? Suppose if I extend H1b and my GC gets denied will I be out of status?
