Job Change after I 140 approval
I am currently in my 6th year of H1B with I 140 approved in EB2 category. I have already applied for a H1B extension - which I believe will be for 3 years since I 140 is approved.
Is it possible for me to change my job maintaining my priority date? I understand that the new company will need start the whole GC process all over again - but I want to know what are the chances of maintaing my priority date and how safe is that option.
