My employer gave me a letter describing my present job duties, position, the date I began and current salary. I sent them along with some other documents they required. I got a notice saying this reponse did not include the requested employment letter. Does that mean they misplaced it? Can I send the same letter(original)? What do they mean when they say indicate the terms and condition of your employment based visa petition? I am working in the same company. I am on EAD (expires 2010 Feb). I am a postdoc and this is a biomedical company. I did my PHD herein the US. Can you please answer these questions?
