Q.

Visitor Visa

I am getting married in USA. I am an Indian on H1B visa. I would like to invite my cousin and ( my father's elder brother's son) and his wife to the wedding. My cousin's brother is also in USA. Would my cousion and his wife have better chances of getting visitor visa if my cousin's brother sends the invite to visit USA rather than me?
