Q.

immigration to usa

I want to bring a moroccan national to usa and i want to know the best way. we have been working freelance to translate arabic online for 4 years but im not sure if H1b or if i should just invite her here on tourist visa then marry her and apply for something else. she is currently unemployed and although she has a 12 grade education and some english school i need to know whats the best way to get her here if only for a visit. Should i invite her formally with letter and what obstacles will i have getting her here? finding a sponser for H1-b is not easy for someone with no college degree i hear but i also hear maybe i can sponser her to be a nanny/french teacher for my grandson what i need to know is my choices and the best fastest way to get her here as we want to apply for the visa soon
