Q.

Extension of Stay

I'm a Canadian citizen visiting my fiancee who in the US on a TN visa until Nov 09. I've been here since Dec 23 08 as a visitor, with a short trip back to Canada in March. In March at Pearson immigration officer allowed me in at Pearson on controlled access. I have an 1-94 that requires me to go back by June 22 09. Written on the back is "No EOS No COS" which I understand stands for No Extension of Stay, no Change of Status.

What would be the consequences if I apply for an extension of stay while I am still in the US, but before we get married? What are the chances of success, given the "No Eos" annotation? If I'm rejected, what effect would that have on my chances of entering as on a TD visa after we get married (most likely in 2010)?
