Q.

Extension of Stay

I'm a Canadian citizen visiting my fiancee who is a Canadian in the US on a TN visa until Nov 09. I have been here since Dec 23 08 as a visitor, with a short trip back to Canada in March. In March at Pearson Airport the immigration officer allowed me in at Pearson on controlled access. I have an 1-94 that requires me to go back by June 22 09. Written on the back is "No EOS No COS" which I understand stands for No Extension of Stay, no Change of Status.

My question: given the no EOS, what are the chances of successfully applying for an extension of status, and if I am rejected, will I have trouble coming in on a TD visa or as a visitor in the future? Reason for extension would be have gotten engaged since last entry and don't want to be separated. Also want to see other parts of country.
