I am a US Citizen in law school in the states and my boyfriend is a Polish citizen who is living in Spain and has been for two years now. He has an apartment, has a full time job, and is a university graduate from Poland. He would like to get a tourist visa and then after he would like to get his student visa sometime next year. Questions:
1) Should he apply in Spain or Poland?
2) What documentation does he need to get the visa and should he get a single or multi entry ?
3) Should I send an invitation letter and if so what should that include? (employer my account information, education, background)
4) Will this pose a problem with him getting a student visa next year?
5) Is there anyway we can get a formal letter from a US immigration attorney and is that usually helpful?
