Q.

Visitor Visa info needed

I am on H-1B for last 3 years working full time for a company.I am getting married to a US citizen in july. Her family is based here in US.I am thinking to apply visit visa for my brother and sister. My mom already has a US visa.what will be best reason for applying the US visa
Brother: Age 28, have a job back in home country, been to couple of other country visas and married.
Sister: Age 24, have a job back in home country, unmarried
Q1: Which option is better?
1.Inviting them for wedding and send them invitation letter and reservations for hotels and other documents.
OR
2. Just invite them to visit USA and don’t mention wedding.

Q2:Inviting them to wedding is a genuine reason, but i am afraid that the visa counselor may take it as intent to stay,
What is the best approach?
