Q.

I-539 Denial

My Mom's I-539 is deniad. She will leave within 30 days as instructed (April 18). Her last I-94 date is January 31, 2009.
She intends to come back for my wedding this year. Will she be able to enter the US later this year using her current B-2(visitor) visa?
Do we have to anticipate a difficulty at the port of entry when she visit the US?
