No appeal on I-539
Hi! I am an Immigration Specialist in GA.
When I-539 (B Extension or B to F1, etc) is denied, I understand our client only has the option of Motion to Reopen, NOT Appeal.
1) Is there a way to APPEAL a denied I-539? Can you provide me some reference where we can use to justify our APPEAL instead of Motion to Reopen?
2) Can I Appeal denied I-290B, in case there's no legal ground for APPEALING a denied I-539?
