I-539 denied, I-94 hasn't expired, file a motion to reconsider?
I have H1B, and my mother is visiting me on B-2 visa. Our request (I-539) to extend her stay was denied on the grounds that we didn't provide sufficient detailed explanation and couldn't prove that the stay would be temporary. I didn't realize that i had to attach a copy of her itinerary, which actually proved her intention to go back within the requested time frame. Her I-94 expires in one month. Can we file a motion to reconsider? If so, how do we do that? Do we have sufficient time? Thanks.
