Q.

B2 visa extension of stay denied

1)Came to USA july 29 2008 with a B-2 visa. Was granted autorized stay until 01/28/09(6 months. On 12/20/08 filed a request of extension to stay(I-539)for 4 months. Feb 28 they wrote a notice of decision with denial, saying that the denial leaves me without lawful immigration status, requiring me to depart within 30 days. What is my status? and How will this affect my multiple visa valid for 10 years/future visits to USA? INA 222(g)mentions it's voided Is this current?
2)My mother is american citizen, will this affect my future petition for green card?
